Return Policy

  • Each piece is handmade by myself, and I put a lot of attention into the detail of my art.
     

  • My passion and enjoyment is to create Wood Art that will be treasured by the buyer or recipient.
     

  • Wood has fascinating qualities that present themselves as I cut patterns that reveal the tree’s distinctive and always unique wood grains and natural colors.
     

  • I strive to order from only high-quality wood sources, but at the same time I am committed to preserving the environment of the tree’s native lands, so some wood types I can't always ensure availability for when a customer request a large-scale project design.
     

  • No two art pieces will ever come out identical but that is the beauty of nature.
     

  • If the product doesn’t meet your expectation, please contact me directly with any problems or concerns. I will address any issues in a timely manner.
     

  • I have a no return policy; however, if the product is damaged or otherwise not up to your expectations, notify me within 5 business days. Please take pictures of any defects in the packaging and product so that I can better assist you.

Privacy Policy

·         Scrollman respects customers privacy. All information provided by the customer will be used only          for the sole purpose of providing the best service possible. 
 

·         Customers can register for a free account on Scrollmanwix.com and choose whether to receive       promotional emails or texts.
 

·         Scrollman uses the Square-up platform for receiving payments; therefore, Wix nor Scrollman has access to card numbers or other payment sources the customer uses for a purchase. This is all encrypted on Squareup.
 

·         One last note is Scrollman's ability to offer customers great shipping rates through Wix's affiliation with Shippo. Upon payment, the customer will receive a receipt via text or email. This includes shipping information  to create the best customers satisfaction possible.

Payment & Shipping

  • Pre-payment is required before an item is shipped or a custom-order is started.
     

  • Occasionally there may be a delay if the desired wood is on backorder, but I will provide a time quote to the best of my ability. Typically wood arrives in a timely manner and  I try to keep a selection on hand to prevent delays. 
     

  • All payments are processed on Square-up's secure payment processing platform here on Wix. 
     

  • Square accepts most all forms of payment.
     

  • Send me message if you have concerns. I am able to snail-mail or email invoices. 
     

  • After the sale Shippo will also provide an invoice of your order as well as provide great shipping rates.
